3. Steam wand: After using the steam wand to make milk froth, wipe the steam wand with a clean wet rag and turn on the steam switch again. Use the momentum and high temperature of the steam itself to clean the residual milk scale in the nozzle holes. Keep the jet holes unobstructed; if there are residual milk crystals on the steam wand, please soak the steam wand in a steel cup filled with 80% hot water to soften the crystals in the jet holes and on the steam wand. Remove it after 20 minutes. Open the steel cup and repeat the operation of the first paragraph above.
4. Boiler: In order to extend the service life of the boiler, if the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power and turn on the steam switch. The pressure in the boiler is completely released. Wait until the boiler pressure gauge indicates zero and the steam no longer sprays out before cleaning the container. Water pan and drainage channel (Note: Do not turn off the steam switch at this time. Wait until hot water drips out of the steam rod after turning on the machine the next day before turning it off to balance the pressure inside and outside the boiler).
5. Water tray: Before opening the store or before use, remove the water tray, wipe it with a clean water rag, and put it back after it is dry.
6. Drainage tank: After removing the water tray, use a wet rag to clean the sediment in the drainage tank, and then rinse it with hot water to keep the drainage pipe open. If the drainage is poor, you can pour a small spoonful of cleaning powder into the drainage channel and rinse it with hot water to dissolve the coffee grounds oil in the drainage pipe.
7. Powder bowl and powder bowl handle: Rinse the handle with hot water at least once a day to dissolve the coffee grease and sediment remaining on the handle to prevent some of the grease and sediment from flowing into the coffee during the cooking process and affecting the quality of the coffee.
8. Brewing system and powder bowl handle: Remove the powder bowl from any powder bowl handle and replace it with a non-porous powder bowl (blind bowl) for cleaning and disinfection; put a small spoonful of cleaning powder (2-3 grams) into the powder bowl. into the bowl; insert the powder bowl handle into the socket and check whether it is completely tight; press the cleaning button again for about 2-3 seconds and then the button will stop (recoil). 2.
